Application of Practical Bionic Electronic Nose in Rice Wine Detection

摘要
An practical bionic electronic nose was developed in this study, and it was applied in the detection of Chinese rice wine. Combination with principal component analysis (PCA), discriminant factor analysis (DFA) and Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) as its pattern recognition techniques, samples of different producing places and marked wine ages were detected by the electronic nose. The results showed that it can distinguish the samples of different producing place or different marked wine age significantly, and it also can predict the place and the age of the wine samples.
