摘要
The article presents the application possibilities of artificial intelligence' selected elements in the prediction systems of monitoring and diagnostics layouts of technical systems on the example of the working surface wear of a ball nose end mill. A brief characterization of artificial intelligence was performed, including elements of the neural network and fuzzy logic. An example of a practical application of neural networks and fuzzy logic in the prediction of the state of the ball nose end mill has been presented and the effectiveness of the methods in the wear prognosis has been assessed.
