Jilin Province has the unique natural resources and environment, which are the foundation of the development of sports tourism. The fact that Chinese sports tourism keeps warming up is the development condition of the Jilin sports tourism. Based on the research on the current situation of sports tourism development, it is possible and necessary to develop Jilin Province sports tourism industrial cluster. By means of optimizing sports tourism cluster organization structure, product structure, sports tourism industry structure of Jilin Province, and of building the security mechanism of sustainable development of sports tourism industry of Jilin Province, the sports tourism industry cluster is ideally laid out. It is desired to avoid excessive competition, waste of resources, and environmental damage in order to promote Jilin Province's sports tourism industry's domestic competition ability, to meet the residents' sports tourism consumption demand, to enhance economic development of Jilin Province, and to gain good social benefits.
