摘要
The paper is presenting the main outcomes of a pilot research-action project in the field of preventing an combating violence in school. The project has as the main goal to promote an alternative model of teacher training, based on stimulating, facilitating and valuing existing positive practices to prevent and combat school violence, based on the principle of community of practice. The research intended to bring a new perspective on how to prevent and combat school violence, looking closely on the particular ways in which actors define and understand the violence in school, work, interact and share their practices towards preventing and combating violence in school.
