摘要：

Based on the related research from the domestic and international knowledge management on implication of complex adaptive systems theory (CAS) in knowledge management, integration of knowledge management and CAS, application of complexity theory in knowledge management, analyzing the existing problems in the study on knowledge management based on complexity theory, and developing further research direction on knowledge management based on complexity theory, to provide the guidance and recommendations to organization for management practice.
