摘要
In the temperature range below 30 K a negative muon in Si forms an acceptor centre. The temperature dependencies of the transverse field relaxation rate and the paramagnetic shift of the muon spin rotation frequency are analysed. It is shown that results of experiments with negative muons in Si may be explained by phonons interacting with the electron moment, The hyperfine constant of the acceptor centre is estimated.
