摘要
The inductive exchange of carriers between closed Fermi surface sections subject to Landau quantization and open Fermi surface sections subject to charge-density-wave (or spin-density-wave) formation is shown to give rise to nonequilibrium variations in orbital magnetism and therefore persistent currents. This mechanism may explain recent experimental persistent currentlike phenomena in certain organic conductors in high magnetic fields.
