摘要
An agent-based shopping model for electronic commerce is proposed in this paper. The aim of it is to automate shopping process by assisting customers to have commodity information retrieval and comparison in the Internet. The shopping model consists of several agents that collaborate with each other by the message delivery mechanism. Based on the agent technology, the method of case-based reasoning is applied to build a multi-criteria evaluation. A new algorithm of calculating the similarity degree based on Euclidean Distance is put forward in the paper. Thus, similar commodity can be found out accurately and qualitative or quantitative evaluation of recommended commodity scheme can be given. The shopping model provides a particular solution for Internet shopping. It's suitable to design personalized service for e-commerce.
