摘要
This work reports on two different applications, a short term and a long term application, of a Ground-based Synthetic Aperture radar (GB-SAR) interferometer aimed at monitoring unstable slopes. First the radar system is used to observe an Alpine glacier, continuously, all over a period of few days. Relatively to the observation period, the evolution of the glacier was fully retrieved. The long term application, instead, consists of observing an area affected by a slow landslide at different times separated by several months even, in order to reconstruct the occurred displacements. In this case, only displacements of sparsely distributed coherent points are obtained and compared with auxiliary data.
