摘要
In domestic steel industrial enterprise, there is many logistic Information which is still collected manually. It brings out many disadvantages such as inaccurate logistics information, irregular logistics, belated feedback, inefficiency of the operation and so on. Aiming at those, study on logistic information acquisition technology in steelmaking practice based on RFID is proposed. RFID is an advanced remote automatic identification technology in the world and can exhibit more advantages such as a long-lived use, a long-distance contactless, encrypted data, bigger storage and more flexible change of the memory in the logistic information acquisition in steelmaking practice. The main contributions of this paper are as follows: Firstly, the RFID application system has been designed and a model for amalgamation of RFID and steelmaking practice was contributed; secondly, explaining the structure of the software and hardware for the product line monitor and control system; finally, the conclusion proves that this method can optimize the process and improve the efficiency in steelmaking practice.
