The college Chinese course had offered for 90 years from today. With the Quality Education widely carried out, striking deep roots in the people's hearts, so the construction of college Chinese course always reforms its own course system. Firstly, the paper is based on the knowledge construction methodology to explain the methods of college Chinese course construction. Secondly the author explained the importance of three major factors which are situation, cooperation and resource in the study environment of college Chinese course. Chinese Inquiry learning at college has established a new type of relationship between teachers and students in which teacher no longer work as a knowledge authority that tend to transfer the pre-organized knowledge system to the students. Instead, they prefer to explore the process of knowledge together with students. Students are no longer as recipients of knowledge, who just passively follow the instructions of the teachers, but have a high degree of autonomy and they truly become masters of learning. Though this paper, the author found that it is the new type of learning that makes students to get in a new level in learning college Chinese.
