摘要
Frontal lobe syndrome occurs when prefrontal area of frontal lobe is damaged by various etiologies. The most concerning etiology of frontal lob syndrome is head trauma. Frontal lobes is thougnt to be the center of executive functions. Various clinical presentations may occur in the presence of frontal lobe lesions. Significant personality changes seen especially in patients with bilateral lesions. In this case report the frontal lobe syndrome after a head trauma and latter treatment approachs are discussed.
