摘要
Focusing in on the small: A two-stage microRNA detection assay uses electrokinetic focusing to speed up hybridization and a functionalized hydrogel for affinity purification. This method detects microRNAs in 15 minutes with single-nucleotide specificity, and processes only 5 ng of total RNA. Copyright © 2013 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
