By using such function individual disclose their present location to the third party. Thus knowingly or unknowingly they lose their privacy. But a lot of people who are really concern about their privacy do not wish for disclose their location-based information to service providers or third party vendors. This paper deal with the confidentiality concern in Location-Sharing-Based Service (LSB) to the user by providing a most favorable meeting place for a group member through Fair Rendez - Vous Point. By using this it is not required for the user to reveal his/her location to the server due to privacy concern.
