摘要
The food is what matters to the people. The safety and quality of the food has become one of the most concerned problems for Chinese people. In recent years the food safety accidents take place in some regions frequently. The food safety problems still exist. For example, the milk powders are checked to contain excessive melamine in Qinghai, Gansu and Jilin provinces; catering enterprises in some large and medium scale cities such as Wuhan are still using hogwash oil. Some new series of public health food safety accidents happen such as poisoned cowpea, bleaching mushrooms, rubber door, lobster door, cancer door and so on. Food safety problems have deeply hurt people's hearts. How to deal with these food safety problems is the focus of the food safety regulatory department. This paper is based on the above research background and combines the current food safety accidents of China. The paper also analyses and researches the problems existed in process of regulatory. Finally, it puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the regulatory of food safety from different degree for reference.
