摘要
The development or positive psychology helped researchers to pay more attention to positive Job related well-being. Literatures about the effect of job characteristics on job related well-being have provided lots of possible antecedents of job related Well-being, but the theoretical progress has been limited. This paper aims to generalize a theoretical framework for increasing the Insight of the relationship between job characteristics and Job related well-being The effect of job demands and job resources on job burnout and job engagement is put forward, In addition, the moderating role of individual characteristics is emphasized, providing an extension of job demands-resources model and the basis for empirical research in the future.
