摘要
The title compound (C14H14N4S center dot H2O) were synthesized and recrystallized from ethanol. The compound was characterized by H-1 NMR, elemental analyses and X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with a = 11.289(2), b = 15.675(3), c = 8.4835(17) angstrom, alpha = 90, beta = 104.65(3), gamma = 90 degrees, V = 1452.4(5) angstrom(3), Z = 4 and R = 0.0333 for 2545 observed reflections with I > 2 sigma(I). X-ray analysis reveals that not only intermolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot N interactions. The biological activities results showed that the title compound exhibited significant fungicidal activity towards six test fungi.
