摘要：

Now our country is experiencing a peak of engineering and construction. In order to deal with the increasing engineering risks, it is very necessary to improve the risk management level for Chinese construction enterprises. In this paper, risk management problems in construction enterprises are firstly analyzed. And then a knowledge flow model for construction enterprises is established from the view of knowledge management. Finally a risk management system based on knowledge is presented for construction enterprises and some safeguard measures for ensuring the system operation are also proposed. The system proposed can provide many advantages to construction enterprises such as enhancing risk management consciousness, identifying engineering risks and improving risk recognition and analysis level.
