Building a Emergency Logistics System for Natural Disasters in Henan Province

Drought, floods, hot wind and other natural disasters occur frequently in Henan province, so disaster relief emergency task is very arduous. In such a situation, research on the natural disaster relief emergency logistics system not only has theoretical significance, but also more practical value. Firstly, this paper analyzed the status and basic situation of natural disasters in Henan province, and then explored the existing problems of natural disaster relief emergency logistics system. For building the system of natural disaster relief emergency logistics in Henan province, some key links are pointed out during the operation of such logistics system. i.e., establishing and improving the emergency logistics legal security system; strengthening the government's public crisis information management; establishing military-civilian integration emergency logistics standard system. The paper aims for supplying some suggestions to build a natural disaster emergency logistics system more scientifically in Henan province.
