摘要
Lean Logistics theory extends to the supply chain network composed by supplier, customer and cooperation partner, making use of the lean tools and concept to create substantial value really from the theory of "demand pull". The return got form the whole supply chain network composed by supplier, manufacture and customer will increase in exponential order, which will create real value for the wise enterprise. It is a great breakthrough of generative thinking mode to introduce the concept.
