摘要：

Analytic expressions are constructed for the near field of a filament of electric dipoles placed near the edge of a cylindrical surface projecting from a half-space with finite conductivity. Equivalent dipole moments of radiators taking into account the effect of irregularity on the far field are obtained under the assumption of small transverse dimensions of the irregularity as compared to the wavelength.
