摘要：

The following issues have been analyzed in the present paper: goals and directions of regional policy influencing the creation of business activities and institutional support of entrepreneurship. The paper aims at presenting regional entrepreneurship support provided by means of a variety of non-financial instruments which orient activities, facilitate start, help in efficient management etc. basing on created development strategies and aid programmes, including financial resources.
