摘要
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has been replacing capital as the most important productive factors and the ability of innovation is the core competition of an enterprise. For that, business technical personnel as knowledge workers, their demands show multiple features such as the priority for the spiritual needs, diversity for the individual needs, challenge for the job objective, and the long-term for the knowledge development, independence for the working process and the fluidity for the choice of work. To stimulate the potential of staffs as possible as the enterprise should set up reasonable stimulus targets and take effective measures by using "expecting theory". If enterprises do that they will stimulate the staffs' enthusiasm and creativity and will improve the technology innovation ability.
