摘要
Assets, human resource and customers are the most valuable resources in modern companies. For an e-commerce company, customers are very important. How to obtain valuable customers and improve their loyalty is the problem that the company most wants to resolve. CRM (Customer Relation Management), an IT System managing customer resource, becomes the way that an e-commerce company depends on to resolve the problem. As a new set of strategic thinking, CRM integrates psychology, statistics and information technologies. This work focuses on CRM application in e-commerce.
