摘要：

In modern project management, risk management has become one of the hottest topics. With the construction scale expand and the construction speed acceleration of engineering construction project, construction enterprises face more and more risk and have a higher requirement for risk management. This paper firstly introduces current situation and major problems of risk management in China and makes construction enterprises know the significance of risk management. Based on the features of project, method of identifying risk, methods of evaluating risk and corresponding measures against risk are systematically analyzed, which will make the implement of risk management has practical significance for construction enterprises.
