摘要
The dynamical analysis of straight turning tool during machining process is performed. Numerical simulations of turning tool vibration for different cutting state are realised by finite element method (FEM). The cutting forces following from turning process are used as loading forces to excite the computational model. The effects of all cutting force components (tangential, axial and radial) are considered, In the numerical simulation of cutting process of straight turning, the harmonic lime-dependency of all forces components is considered. The amplitude-frequency characteristics of tool lip deflection are analysed for different parameters of cutting process.
