摘要：

The supply chain for nuclear power plant (NPP) which based on nuclear fuel and equipment is the basic guarantee to the continuous operation of a NPP. Because of long life cycle and extended operational time of NPP, many problems such as bankruptcy of supplier, price locking and upgrading of equipment, have created a wide range of risks. A comprehensive set of supply chain risk management approaches must be established for NPPs with objective of identifying, analyzing, defining and mitigate the supply chain risks to ensure attaining a goal of high efficiency, safety and continuity of NPP operation.
