摘要
China has witnessed its rapid development of wind power since 2006. However, many difficulties have arisen, and a very conspicuous one is the integrating and consuming of large-scale wind power. One of the important reasons for wind curtailment is that the wind power does not implement priority dispatch effectively. So far, there are many arguments about it, and one of the hot issues is the economics of wind power priority dispatch. This paper analyzes quantitatively the economy of wind power priority dispatch under different levels of wind power integration. The conclusion is that the higher the proportion of wind power and deeper the peaking regulation, the better the economy of system, furthermore, deeper peaking regulation means less wind curtailment.
