摘要
Aiming at the decision-making problem of comprehensive energy system evaluation of expressway service area, a comprehensive efficiency evaluation index system was proposed, composed of 41 dimension evaluation index in five categories: efficiency, economic performance, reliability, environmental protection and service quality; Based on entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a subjective and objective combination weighting method was built for the comprehensive energy system evaluation in expressway service area, and the score of each planning scheme was calculated by the pros and cons solution distance method to achieve the ranking of specific planning schemes; The sensitivity analysis was carried out for the continuous value of the weighting adjustment factor alpha. The results show that with the gradual increase of alpha, the S5 evaluation score decreased, and when alpha=0.8, the ranking results of all schemes changed.
