摘要
The solubility of silica in fluoride-chloride electrolytes for use in the electrolysis of solar-grade silicon was studied. The visual method was used for the investigation. Liquidus temperatures were investigated by thermal analysis. The silica solubility rises with KF content and temperature. The densities of the compositions with high silica solubility were determined.
