Research on the performance evaluation system of supply chain of construction enterprise

Supply Chain Management is the developing tendency of the management of modem construction enterprise. Performance evaluation the important element and key factor of construction enterprise supply chain management. This article tries to analyze the conception and,connotation of supply chain and supply chain performance evaluation of construction enterprise, and based on the characteristic of construction enterprise, the definition of performance evaluation is offered. After introducing the principle and the significance of supply chain performance evaluation, the research is focus on the foundation of the performance evaluation system, the systemic performance and the cooperation status of the members in the supply chain are included.
