摘要：

We study some geometric properties related to the set Pi(X) := {(x, x(star)) is an element of S-X x S-X star : x(star) (x) =1} obtaining two characterizations of Hilbert spaces in the category of Banach spaces. We also compute the distance of a generic element (h, k) is an element of H circle plus(2) H to Pi(H) for H a Hilbert space.
