摘要
The high and new technology industrialization risk assessment includes lots of complicated factors. In this paper we First study an AHP model of the risk assessment, then, we deeply analyses the conditions of AHP applied to risk assessment and the reason why the 1-9 scale is not fit for risk assessment. In this paper we also give two improved AHP models for risk assessment.
