摘要：
The phytochemical examination of the stems of Zanthoxylum regnellianum resulted id the isolation of (24S)-24-ethyl-cholestane-3 beta,5 alpha,6 beta-triol and five common constituents of the Zanthoxylum species. The cholestane derivative has not been previously reported in plants. NMR analyses and TLC comparison with some authentic samples were carried out to confirm the identification of the known compounds.
