摘要
Based on the media triangular analytical framework, this paper analyzes the interaction among media, the state, market and society in China from the perspective of media corporate governance. By displaying the transition of media corporate governance from administrative governance to economic governance, this paper points out that the governance logic has transformed from "state-monism" to "state-market". However, it still shows some weakness in establishing effective media corporate governance. Therefore, the construction of a trilateral balanced corporate governance model of "state-market-society" will become an important reform orientation of media corporate governance.
