Analysis on Content of Some Salt-Stress Substance in Suaeda Salsa

摘要
To investigate physiological mechanism through which halophyte adapted to the salt stress, Suaeda salsa was selected as the research material, seedlings of S. salsa were treated with 0, 150, 300, 450, 600, 750 and 900 mmol/L NaCl, developing trend of organic osmoregulation substances content (the soluble sugar and proline content), membrane lipid peroxidation degree (MDA content) and sodium, potassium content in S. salsa were investigated, and Statistical analysis was carried out on the data. Results showed the soluble sugar and free proline content increased in S. salsa's with Na+ increasing, this indicated that organic osmoregulation substances were accumulated to regulate osmotic pressure in S. salsa under salt stress; MDA content gently changed under salt stress; this indicated that S. salsa was injured slightly under salt stress; Na+ content increased, this demonstrated that S. salsa was a plant absorbing Na+; K+ content decreased and Na+/K+ increased in S. salsa, this demonstrated that Na+ rivaled with K+, the absorption of Na+ affected absorption of K+.
