摘要
In order to realize the position sensorless control of High-Speed brushless DC motor, a new zero crossing optimization detection method is proposed, which is sampled in the specified period, and then the relationship between the zero point voltage and the sampling example is modeled. The least squares method is used to analyze the approximation of the oversampling system, which directly detects the zero-crossing point of the off-phase winding back electromotive force, and delays the zero-crossing by 30 degrees to obtain the permutation of the high-speed brushless DC motor winding Rotor position. Experiments show that the method can accurately estimate the rotor position in the high-speed motor. Therefore, the brushless DC motor without position sensor control system with this detection method has better effect.
