Preparation of Functional CNT-COOH-Cu Nanocomposites Using Carbon Nanotubes and Application for Reduction of p-Nitrophenol

摘要
In this work, a new composite nanomaterial prepared by hydrothermal synthesis, it not only offers a convenient and stable method, but beneficial for the stable of nanomaterials. The obtained composite was explored use CNT-COOH and CuCl2, after deal with ultrasound and magnetic stirring then transferred to Teflon-lined stainless-steel autoclave for reaction. CNT-COOH not only increases the mechanical strength of the composite, but also provides a growth site of Cu nanocrystalline. The final production has a shorter reaction time for reducing 4-nitrophenol with NaBH(4)than other products and has a high utilization rate. Studies have shown that the preparation of excellent nanocomposite has the potential for catalytic degradation.
