摘要：

Purpose - explore the theoretical issues of national security state in the new global and regional development. Methodology - During the execution of the works have been used domestic and foreign scientists, the study was based on general scientific principles - tsipah systematic and comprehensive development, combined abstract and theoretical analysis with historical and genetic, on methods of observation and analogy, as well as on the method of analysis and comparison. Originality/value - methodological approach to national security interests emanating from the first link of the triad of security (individual, society, state) - a man.
