摘要:
A method was developed for fast determining residual Sudan dyes, such as Sudan Red G, Sudan I, Sudan II, Sudan III, Sudan Red 7B and Sudan IV in duck meat and egg by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a photodiode array detector. Sudan dyes in samples were extracted with acetonitrile. Then the extract was dried and dissolved in acetonitrile. For the HPLC determination, a Zorbax SB-C-18 and a mixture of acetonitrile-water was used as the mobile phase. The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range from 30-1000 mu g/L, the detection limit was 4-13 mu g/kg. The recoveries were greater than 85.3% with relative standard deviations between 1.8% and 5.2%.
