摘要
This article describes a possible structure for a balanced scorecard based interrelated components - finance, customers, internal business processes and HR-development. The paper presents the main features of the development, implementation and use of the Balanced Scorecard as a management of construction company. The information provided forms the basis for a detailed treatment of the practical investigation of the problem and develops a set of indicators to assess the management of a construction company.
