摘要
The electron-phonon coupling in the Rashba-split two-dimensional electron gas near the surface of the topological insulator Bi2Se3 is studied by temperature-dependent angle-resolved photoemission. The coupling strength is found to be rather weak, with an electron-phonon mass enhancement parameter lambda = 0.12(8). (C) 2013 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim
