摘要
The enterprise annuity is not only the laborer retirement life safeguard important supplement of the form, but also is the enterprise arouses staff positivity, attract high-quality talents, stabilizing worker team, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and cohesion of the important means. While in pension plan existed in design position, income, gender, household registration and age discrimination will seriously affect the allocation of enterprise annuity, incentive and guarantee functions. The perfect enterprise annuity systems needed to government to create a good legal, tax, supervision and punishment etc anti-discrimination responsibility, develop a fair and impartial enterprise pension plan design.
