摘要：

Thanks to AMR (Automated Meters Reading) systems it is possible to gather many measurement data. Suitably analyzing these data we can point out potential spots of thefts of energy. The method of balance and control of speed increasing of counter indication makes possible to quickly detect such places. The method does not detect all cases of illegal consumption but helps us to find the most often ones.
