摘要
This paper brings forward the mathematics model that confirms the outburst forecast sensitive index by combining the fuzzy and probability theoretics. The model expresses the abstract problem via frondose mathematics expressions. The practice indicates that the conclusion coming from the model is consistent with the truth. The model offers reference value for the outburst coal deciding its sensitive index.
