摘要：
The steady-state behavior of a Winkler supported infinite strip due to a uniformly moving vertical load has been studied for several ratios of the load velocity and critical velocity. The solution is derived with the help of method of images of the moving load in combination with the Fourier transform method. To study the induced elastic fields, deflection profiles have been calculated and presented as graphs. (C) Elsevier, Paris.
