摘要：

This document aims to analyze the relationship between real estate investment and economic growth by using the principle of liner regression, with the help of related data about the investment of the real estate and GDP of the city of Nanjing from 1998 to 2007. The result shows that real estate investment has a significant influence on economic growth, while the development of real estate plays a promotional role on the growth of GDP.
