Calculation of Capacity, Spectral Efficiency, Bit Error Rate in Chaotic Cognitive Radio System with Subcarrier Shifting in OFDM-MIMO

摘要
Transmitting a message from one place to another place securely is difficult. For this, there are many modes of secure transmission of message. The Subcarrier Shifting Chaotic Cognitive Radio system (SSCCR) in OFDM is one among the modes. Chaotic Cognitive Radio (CCR) will sense the unused channels from the surrounding and that unused channels used for the transmission of message. For effective security purpose, chaotic sequence has to apply for Cognitive Radio (CR). Since chaotic maps publicly known, eavesdroppers can effortlessly solve the main parameters of chaotic sequence and restore the information. Hence, I present a new idea that is Subcarrier Shifting in OFDM for the better security mechanism of CCR system. CCR system will sense the unused subcarriers from the surroundings and these subcarriers used for the transmission of information by combining with chaotic sequence. Thus at end CCR system with Subcarrier Shifting is proposed. With the mathematical model, Bit Error Rate (BER) formula derived. Thus at simulation side I analyze the Power Spectrum after the chaotic encoding and decoding. I also calculated the Capacity and Spectral Efficiency of SSCCR system. Finally, Bit Error Rate (BER) calculations done for the legitimate receiver and eavesdropper receiver and they compared with each other.
