IT's Rapid development enables buyers to become more professional about the choices of different substitutes. The tendency of market environment puts even more pressure on manufacturing enterprises' margins. Existing literatures recommend manufacturing enterprises the transition from basic product offerings to service-based offerings in order to regain competitiveness in such a context. This requires manufacturing enterprises to change existing organizational structure in order to make it fit in with service-enhanced strategy. This article, firstly, defines the characteristics of innovation organization in service enhanced manufacturing enterprises. Secondly, we propose a four-dimensional model of the organizational structure for this kind of innovation organization which includes four factors: power centralization, self-management, interdependence and border infiltration. And then, set up scales of innovation performance of SEM innovation organization from two dimensions: task performance and behavioral performance. Finally, we measure the analyze the relationship between innovation performance and organizational characteristics of innovation organization in e-manufacturing enterprises. using the method of factor analysis The result shows that service-enhanced strategy can improve the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises.
