摘要
Aiming at the application requirements of this over-speed warning system for preventing the secondary accidents on expressway, this study has conducted certain researches on vehicle speed detection, license plate recognition, and wireless warning techniques. Through settling certain key technologies as over-speed vehicle recognition and license plate recognition based on video tracking, this study would accomplish the portable over-speed warning system model used on expressway and provide technical support for the prevention of secondary accidents on expressway.
